Printers run reliably for many years and offer its users the
benefit of getting the required results with ease, but often they do not as
well. Why does it happen? Many home users do not use their inkjet printers
often enough and this can lead to some problems. The ink can dry up and can
block the nozzles. A two week holiday somewhere can spoil a set of valuable ink
cartridges. If you encounter such problems then you can also contact
HP tech support number to get the
desired solution effectively. Apart from it the easiest way will be by
following some really beneficial steps:
Fix it Procedures:-
Offline
Printer: Go the
‘Start’ menu>go to ‘Control Panel’> select ‘Printer & Faxes’. From
the list, right click on whichever printer you own and then click on ‘Use
Printer Online’. This will surely resolve the problem.
Missing/Corrupted
Drivers:If some of you have upgraded to newer versions such as XP/Vista/7,
you certainly need new printer driver for your printer to work. Drivers
basically are that establish communication between Windows and the hardware
(any hardware viz. printer, modem, router etc.).
If you find your driver faulty or corrupted then replace it by
downloading and installing a new, compatible one. The best way to use it is by
regularly updating it for smooth working of printers.
Paper
Jams:These can occur with almost every
printer, the main reason for this can be dirt inside the printer, damaged paper
roller or wrong type of paper used etc. You should clean the printer with a
soft, dry cloth or keep it dirt free with that the right quality paper should
also be used. You can replace your damaged roller by
taking help of a technician.
Faded
Printing Text:The prime reason could be the toner cartridge is nearing to
finish. Just to disable Eco no Mode, go to 'Control Panel'> select 'Printer
& faxes'> right click on the HP printer icon and click on 'Properties'
from the list. Click on the 'Printing Preferences' button and then click on the
'Finishing' button.
Search through the window for print quality settings, and remove
the check mark from the 'Eco no Mode' box to deactivate the feature. Click on
'Apply' and then click on 'OK' to close the window.
Error
79/50.4: This error can occur when the network print server has a problem
or an add-on part such as a RAM or MIO card has failed. You can go to the
'Start' menu> open the 'Printer', and clear out the pending printing jobs.
If somehow, this doesn’t work then uninstall the add-on printer
part and install it again to check which part caused the problem.
Follow the above mentioned steps and tips to overcome the issue
effectively. If you need any other assistance you can contact the HP printer technical support
or if by any reason you may not reach these technicians, the alternate way out
is contacting an online directory like Contactforservicefor
quick and quality services.
