Nowadays, many people prefer to use the functionality of Microsoft Outlook for managing their email accounts. - Opt for the ‘Tool’ bar placed on the pane top side, and then hit the ‘Tools’ word.
- Navigate the option and hit on the ‘Email Accounts’.
- Click on the circle beside the ‘Add a new email account’ to setup a new account. Hit the ‘Next’ button.
- Click on the circle beside the ‘POP3’ to choose the uses type of Juno email. Hit the ‘Next’ button.
- Insert the name in the box you want to connect to the account. It can be your real name, nickname or email address.
- Enter your complete Juno email address in the box next to ‘Email Address.
- Give the ‘server information’ for your account. Choose ‘POP3’in the drop-down menu next to ‘Incoming mail server’ and enter ‘pop.netzero.net’ in the related box.
- Enter the account details to access them in Outlook. Enter your member ID under the ‘User Name’ box and then enter the password under the ‘Password’ box.
- Put a check mark under the ‘Remember password’ box if you want outlook to login your Juno email automatically when it begins. Make sure that you are the only person that has access to the same PC where you are going to set up your account.
- Click on the ‘Test Account Settings’ button to test the settings to ensure Outlook can access your account properly. In case, if any of the issues, just verify the spelling for the incoming and outgoing mail server options.
- Modify the name on the account from ‘pop.netzero.net’ to a user friendly such as My Juno Email.
- Hit on the email account, and then hit the ‘Properties’ button. Then, set the name of your selection in the box.
- Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab by visiting to the ‘Properties’ window to keep mail from piling up in your account.
- Scroll down to the ‘Delivery’ word and ensure the box beside ‘Leave a copy of messages on server’ have a mark on it or not. Hit the ‘OK’ button to set up your Juno email in Outlook.
